Location, location, location - that is always the number one priority for a ByckDesigns but we were so lucky to have acquired this one, and, it turned out so well. 4 Bedrooms, 4 baths, designer kitchen, swimming pool … I could go on and on but I will let the photos tell the story of this successful project.

Our current project is a beach house located in East Hampton only five block from the sea. Having not been affected by the latest hurricane its location is perfectly situated so that from the second level and the roof-deck the sea can be seen from the front and the bay from the rear.
